| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Extrusion output | Material processed by the extruder per hour. It is not the same as the packed weight of finished spools. |
| Filament diameter tolerance | The permitted variation around the specified filament diameter, held by the process control loop. |
| Diameter detection accuracy | The measurement accuracy of the in-line laser gauge, not the diameter tolerance of the finished filament. |
| Traction speed | The speed at which the cooled strand is pulled through the line. |
| Winding speed | The take-up speed of the winding station as it fills the spool. |
| Spool core ID | Inner diameter of the spool the filament is wound onto. |
| Maximum winding OD | Largest wound outer diameter the winding station fills to. |
| Line installed power | Total connected load for the specified line configuration. |
